- Our videos are Silverlight-encoded files (with the .exe extention)
- After you double-cliked on the file, it will open a dialog window that will display your ID (this long number you have copy and email to
MVIDEO(at)MEDHA.ORG in order to obtain the Playback Key for this particular video.
- You can click on the Preview button in the dialog window to watch the beginning of the videos if you don't have the Playback Key.
- To make sure our videos can play on your Windows OS, double-click on any file with the .mp4 extension on your PC. If it opens your Windows Media Player which plays the mp4 file, our videos will play fine on your system. If it does not, install the Free K-Lite Mega Codec Pack, and associate during the installation procedure the mp4 files with the Windows Media Player.
